How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@uwumarket.us within 5 days of delivery. Our support team will assist you in opening an exchange ticket. Please note that only one exchange per order is permitted.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending item(s) back to UwU Market. This includes return shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties incurred during the return process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Processing / Store Credit
Once your returned item(s) are received and approved, store credit equal to the item’s purchase price will be issued. This credit may be used toward a future purchase at UwU Market. After processing, a new order will be created for the exchanged item.
