Exchanges are available for eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
To start an exchange, please contact our support team with:
* your order number
* the item needing exchange
* the reason for the exchange
* photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending item(s) back to UwU Market.
This includes:
* return shipping label costs
* any taxes or duties related to the return
* original shipping charges, which are non-refundable
Exchange Processing & Store Credit
Once the returned item is received and approved, store credit equal to the item’s purchase price will be issued.
This store credit can be used toward the replacement item or any future purchase at UwU Market.
After the replacement selection is confirmed, a new order will be created for the exchanged item.
Please note that only one exchange per order is permitted.
