- Parcel shipping status marked as 'delivered,' but you haven't received it within our designated time frame.
- Allow up to 14 working days for potential delays in domestic orders with no additional shipping tracking updates.
- Allow up to 15 working days for delayed delivery on international orders with no further shipping tracking updates.
- We may categorize it as a 'delay' during high parcel volumes or known network delays; otherwise, we provide a full replacement.
WHAT WE CONSIDER AS DAMAGED:
- Items that sustain damage during transit, contact us promptly with photographic evidence of tampered items. Limit of 1 claim per order.
WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided.
- Delays in transit with less than 14 days with no tracking movement.
- Items returned in a condition not deemed satisfactory.
- Pre-Order products that are out of stock and unable to be replaced. You will be given the option to exchange the value for another item or store credit in the event that your must make a claim.
