Yes, address updates are usually possible before shipment.
Please contact support as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- your full updated shipping address
For pre-order, petition, and made-to-order items, address changes are often easier because the order may still be in production.
Once the package has already shipped, address changes may no longer be possible depending on the carrier.
