UwU Rewards is an optional monthly membership that gives collectors additional savings, features, and benefits when supporting eligible creator campaigns and shopping on UwU Market.
By enrolling in UwU Rewards, you agree to the membership terms described below.

Membership Benefits

While your UwU Rewards membership or eligible free trial is active, available benefits may include:

• An instant $3.99 discount on your first eligible order when joining UwU Rewards.
• Free standard shipping on eligible orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $125 or more.
• $0-upfront pledges on eligible petitions.
• One free eligible domestic return per order for U.S. customers.
• Access to upgraded member deals and discounts.
• Access to monthly member rewards, which may include promotional discounts, community features, streak rewards, or other benefits.
• Access to eligible UwU Rewards community features, including member badges and comment customization.
• Additional UwU Rewards benefits and promotional offers as they become available.

Certain benefits may be subject to product, campaign, destination, account, or promotional eligibility requirements.

Membership Price & 14-Day Free Trial

UwU Rewards costs $3.99 per month.
New eligible members receive a 14-day free trial. You pay $0 for the membership when beginning your trial.
Your eligible UwU Rewards benefits begin immediately when your free trial starts.
Unless you cancel before the end of your trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership and your selected payment method will be charged $3.99 per month until canceled.
Your checkout and/or UwU Market account will display your upcoming membership billing date.
The introductory 14-day free trial is limited to one per eligible customer. Canceling and rejoining does not restart or provide another introductory free trial.

$3.99 First-Order Discount

The first time you add UwU Rewards to an eligible order, you may receive an instant $3.99 discount on that order.
This promotional discount is separate from your recurring UwU Rewards membership charge.
Your membership costs $0 during the 14-day free trial and then automatically renews for $3.99 per month unless canceled.
If the $3.99 discount has already been properly applied to an eligible completed order and you later cancel your membership, the discount will remain valid.
Canceling UwU Rewards does not retroactively remove or charge back an eligible discount properly applied before cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated, the introductory $3.99 order discount is limited to one per eligible customer and may not be combined with certain other promotional offers.

Free Shipping on $125+ Orders

Active UwU Rewards members receive free standard shipping on eligible orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $125 or more.
This benefit becomes available as soon as your membership or free trial begins. You do not need to wait until a future order to use the benefit.
Unless otherwise stated, taxes, Shipping Protection, membership fees, gift cards, shipping charges, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $125 qualifying merchandise subtotal.
Free shipping applies only to eligible orders and eligible standard shipping methods.
Certain products, destinations, oversized shipments, expedited shipping methods, split shipments, or other circumstances may be excluded.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

One Free Domestic Return Per Order

Active UwU Rewards members located in the United States receive one free eligible domestic return per order.
UwU Market merchandise is generally made to order specifically for customers rather than stocked as traditional retail inventory. Because production is initiated based on customer orders, orders are normally non-refundable outside of defective, damaged, incorrect, or other approved situations.
The UwU Rewards return benefit provides eligible U.S. members with an additional return option and one complimentary domestic return shipping label per eligible order.
To request a return, you must contact the UwU Market Support Team. Our Support Team will review the request, confirm eligibility, and provide a prepaid domestic return label when applicable.
Eligible members may choose between:

• A refund for the eligible returned merchandise; or
• A one-time exchange for merchandise of equal value.

The merchandise must be returned using the instructions provided by our Support Team.
Once the returned merchandise is marked as delivered to the UwU Market warehouse, the approved refund can be processed or, for an approved exchange, our Support Team will create the applicable replacement order.
Exchanges are limited to one exchange per eligible order.
If an alternative item of equal value is unavailable and a different resolution is required, our Support Team will work with the customer on the available options.
The complimentary return-label benefit is currently available only for eligible domestic U.S. returns.
International customers remain subject to UwU Market's applicable international return policies and are not eligible for the complimentary UwU Rewards domestic return shipping label.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, Shipping Protection fees, membership fees, and other non-merchandise charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or other product issues will continue to be handled under UwU Market's applicable customer support and product policies.

$0-Upfront Petition Pledges

Active UwU Rewards members can support eligible petitions with $0 due upfront instead of paying the standard initial petition pledge amount.
A $0-upfront pledge does not mean that the associated product or campaign is free.
If an eligible petition succeeds or otherwise proceeds to a stage where payment becomes due under the applicable campaign terms, you remain responsible for the applicable product/order amount, shipping, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
Campaign-specific terms shown when you pledge will govern the applicable campaign and any resulting order.

Monthly Member Rewards

Active UwU Rewards members may receive or unlock monthly member rewards associated with eligible membership renewals.
Rewards may include:

• Promotional discounts.
• Special offers.
• Community features.
• Streak-based rewards.
• Digital benefits.
• Other member perks.

Specific rewards may vary over time and may have their own eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption requirements, product exclusions, or promotional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, may be non-transferable, may expire, and may be subject to additional promotional conditions.
UwU Market may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue individual promotional rewards as the Rewards program evolves.

Member Deals & Discounts

Active UwU Rewards members may receive access to enhanced member discounts, exclusive promotions, or additional savings beyond certain offers available to non-members.
Specific discounts and promotions may vary by product, creator, campaign, event, or promotional period.
Member promotions may have their own eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, and restrictions on combining or stacking promotional offers.

Member Badges & Comment Customization

Active UwU Rewards members may receive access to eligible community features, including an UwU Rewards member badge and comment customization features.
Available customization options may include features such as comment bubble colors, solid or gradient styles, glow or other visual effects, emoji effects, comment bubble shapes, and other customization features offered through UwU Market.
Available community features and customization options may change as the program evolves.
Member-specific badges, customization features, and other membership-only community features may no longer be available after your membership expires or is canceled.
Previously submitted comments may remain visible on UwU Market after membership cancellation, although member-specific presentation or features may change.

Standard Pledge Option

UwU Rewards is completely optional.
You do not need an UwU Rewards membership to shop at UwU Market, support creators, or participate in eligible petitions.
Customers who do not wish to enroll in UwU Rewards may select the applicable Standard Pledge option and pay the standard pledge amount without beginning a recurring UwU Rewards membership.

Optional Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on and is separate from UwU Rewards membership.
If selected during checkout, Shipping Protection is charged separately and provides protection for eligible shipments according to the applicable Shipping Protection terms.
Shipping Protection is not part of the UwU Rewards membership fee, is not required to become an UwU Rewards member, is not a recurring UwU Rewards subscription charge, and does not count toward the $125 merchandise subtotal required for the applicable free-shipping benefit unless expressly stated otherwise.

Automatic Renewal

After any applicable free trial, UwU Rewards automatically renews at $3.99 per month until canceled.
By continuing your membership beyond the free trial, you authorize UwU Market to automatically charge your selected payment method $3.99 on each monthly renewal date until you cancel.
You can prevent your next membership charge by canceling before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation During Your Free Trial

You may cancel UwU Rewards at any time during your 14-day free trial.
Canceling before your first scheduled membership charge prevents the membership from automatically converting to a paid $3.99 monthly membership.
If you cancel during your free trial, your membership and membership benefits end immediately.
You will not be charged the first monthly membership fee.
Eligible discounts already applied to completed orders while your trial was active will remain valid and will not be retroactively removed solely because you canceled your membership.

Cancellation After Becoming a Paid Member

You may cancel your paid UwU Rewards membership at any time.
Cancellation stops your next automatic renewal but does not immediately terminate the membership period you have already paid for.
If you cancel after your monthly membership payment has been charged, your membership and eligible benefits remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
After that billing period ends, your membership and associated benefits expire and you will not be charged for another month.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, membership fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.

Changes to UwU Rewards

UwU Market may periodically update the benefits, promotional rewards, eligibility requirements, exclusions, community features, or other features associated with UwU Rewards.
The availability of individual promotional benefits and features may change over time.
Any material changes to membership pricing, recurring billing, automatic renewal, or other membership terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Is Shipping Protection included with UwU Rewards?

By enrolling, you authorize UwU Market to charge your selected payment method for each applicable monthly membership renewal until you cancel.
